Dilemma

Hmm.. aku sedang dilanda dilemma. Because why? No..no..bukan sbb cinta, nk pilih boipren mana 1 hokayy.. Hahaha.. Ni dilema lain. Td around 12pm aku teman 'Ibu Peri' a.k.a si Ila pg isi minyak. So, msuk je kereta aku dpt this 1 phone call. No mcm knal, rasanya no office.. So, aku pon angkat la fon.. Ghopenya yg call si Foong Wan. She is my HR Manager. So, here goes the conversation..

FW: Hello Sarah?

Me: Hello..

FW: Hi, Foong Wan sini.

Me: Haa, ye kenape?

FW: Eh, there is one position right dkt POS (Patimas Outsourcing) tau. You kena buat call, tp you call client la tny whether diorg satisfied tak dgn service kita, tny if there is any complaint or happy with our service and you need to do some report lah. 

Me: *hati kecilku berkata, "Eh, dia ni nk offer aku kerja baru ke?" *

FW: And you will work under Hon Kit. So, you interested x nk apply for this position?

Me: Apa nama position ni eh? *Betul letteww dia nk offer aku keje baru..hehehe..*

FW: Ohh, this one is for Relationship Executive.

Me: Emmm, tak kot, sbb I dah comfortable dgn position I sekarang.

FW: But this one will be a permanent position. *Dia bgtau cenggitu sbb position aku skrg still under contract.

Me: Hmm..interesting.. How abt the salary?

FW: Yang itu kita tak sure lg, that depends on Hon Kit side la tgk brp diorg nk offer.

Me: Okaylah..I'll think abt it first. Apa2 nnt I bgtau you okay?

FW: Okay lah. Thanks, Bye.

So, this thing dah menggangu fikiran aku sepanjang lunch time dan smpailah entri ni ditulis. Aku masih berkira2 nk terima ke x offer dia tu. Bukannya apa, cuma aku dah selesa keje dkt floor aku ni. At least ada melayu. Kalau aku tukar kt department tu matilerr.. Dah la kebykannya chinese. Melayu stkt sorg dua je. Lpas tu most of them lelaki pulak. Macam nk survive? Haihh.. 

But if I look on the bright side, ni akan jadi peluang aku utk diconvertkan as permanent staff..Currently aku msih staff contract so x byk benefit yg aku dpt dr company ni. Klu cuti sehari, gaji kne potong 60 hengget, kat access kad aku xde pon gmbar muka aku yg comel ini, then the worst part is aku xde EPF & Socso. At least kalau aku terima offer ni aku dpt la smua bnda2 yg aku x dpt masa aku jadi contract staff.. And the extra bonus kalau aku accept keje kat POS department tu, that means aku akan 1 department dgn crush aku!! Muaahhahaha... Yg tu je yg aku suka..*Choiii..gatalnya kau Sarah! X pdan dgn diri yg buntal itewww..Kekekke..

Sebab tu lahh entri ini berkenaan dgn delima eh..ehh..silap..DILEMA yg aku tgh lalui. Ok lah.I need time to think.
